Hey, everyone out there, my friend from home needs a job. Kojima Mizuiro. He got here last month and he hasn't found one yet.

But getting Mizuiro a job is more important. Someone just experienced the sticker shock of paying rent for the first time after his discount for living with a greeter disappeared along with the greeter.

That doesn't make Keigo any less visibly sad when he says it.]

I am trying to help a teenage boy find a girlfriend. He's a nice boy, but he gets very anxious and self-defeating. I thought it would be nice to help him, but I don't really know how.

For the women here - what kind of behavior, personality traits, skills, and clothing styles do you find attractive?

For the men - what do you do to prepare for a date when you are nervous and want to make a good impression?

Any advice would be appreciated. If anyone is willing to make an extra effort to help me help him, I will pay you.

I hear that this month is a perfect time for festivities. And I'm getting tired of my usual haunts. Do any of you have anything new to suggest? A party I can attend or anything? [He laughs.] I enjoy performances, too. The opera, a play, a concert... you name it, I'm probably into it.

I can pick up news from the studio I work with, but it's not the same as hearing it from others here. Besides that, it is absolutely horrid to be informed of an event only to find out that newcomers aren't allowed. [He huffs and wrinkles his nose, definitely displeased.]

So, tell me, anything or anywhere I should look forward to this month?

[It's late. There's some background noise, distant, muffled, sounding very vaguely like music- he's on break at Purgatory. A self-assigned one, manager's prerogative.]

You know the phrase "your life flashing before your eyes"? Supposedly right before you die, when this moment of self-reflection just- hits you?

Can we talk about how preposterous that is? Yeah, because imminent death would really trigger that exact reaction- an intense fast-cut montage with percussive sound effects, you know, to really heighten the tension. Or some cockamamie Lifetime dream sequence where all these fuzzy filler memories float past you in soft focus.

Don't get me wrong, that's poetic, but-

-and there's another thing. It's supposed to happen in order, from when you were born right until then. But, come on. Is that how you think about yourself- from start to finish, as if that's the only pattern that could possibly happen within a lifetime?

I don't think so. [His voice gets quiet.] I think it's more complicated than that.
