[Those who may know Saix will probably recognize his voice. But something... May seem off. He may sound a bit shakier than usual. And for all intents and purposes, he's lost.]

...What do you do once the goal you've been striving towards for so long has been achieved? How... Do you find the next goal?

[For the first time in ten years, Saix is in need of some actual advice--that he's willing to take.]

[In the midst of all the newcomers, Saix has been, well, thinking. And it's only now that he's realized the date, and that had him thinking more. Essentially, after all, Saix has been living on borrowed time. And nearly a year's worth of it. And this isn't something he would normally share, but he is quite curious as to how many others may be doing so.]

It is a strange notion to know that you should very well be dead, and were previously to your arrival somewhere. Even stranger when you find yourself living in that place for nearly a year, almost as if nothing had happened. Was the death a dream? Or did it really happen? Did you really feel the ice-cold touch of nothingness breathing down your neck, consuming you? Or was it mere fear of something you never truly experienced? I find myself wondering this sometimes. The memory, after all, can play tricks on those who want it badly enough.

[Musings aloud this morning, really, is all it is. An awkward attempt to connect without any idea how to say it. Not that he has anything to connect to, with no heart in his chest, but perhaps he should at least try now that the safety net of Organization XIII is well behind him and instead a threat to his continued existence.]
