MONSTER SIGHTING: Soul Stealer On the Loose?

SERO security forces were on high alert yesterday evening when an anonymous caller in Sector 4 reported seeing an unusual monster out an hour before evening sirens. Reportedly, Voids were dispatched to the area only to witness a truly bizarre sight.

The creature, caught on film but camouflaged by a haze of shadows, was seen extracting a glowing object from a person's chest. The person promptly disappeared, replaced by a small shadow with claws and golden eyes. SERO operative attempted to apprehend both creatures but were unsuccessful as they literally vanished into the night.

The SPPD released a statement early today, warning all citizens of Siren's Port to be safely indoors at least two hours before evening sirens and not to panic. They went on to reassure the public that the "soul stealer" (or so some locals have named it) seemed to be primarily nocturnal.

I was to meet him a couple of days ago but he wasn't there... I can't contact his NV, either.
