- An explosion rocked Sector 1 late last night at 37 Syracuse Road. The home belonged to Stephan Delacroix, a man who often served as bodyguards to some known notorious Afterglow Inc. VIPs. He died in the explosion. A prevalent figure in kidnapping slaves for AGI's clubs, Stephan was last seen walking into his home with a young, strawberry blonde-haired woman. "He always did love those high class prostitutes," says one of Delacroix's neighbors, an 85-year-old woman who just so happened to have neighborhood watch duties that night.
"She had expensive clothes and his hands were all over her. She left not too long before he was blown to pieces."
Police are looking for any information about the woman and would like to speak with her. They are refraining from comment on whether or not she is a suspect. "This could all very well be a freak accident and she got out in time," says an inside source. "But with last week's murder of an AGI affiliate, we're treating this like a possible homicide." Investigators are still trying to figure out the cause of the explosion.
The murders of two AGI affiliates in the span of almost a week is not looking good for SERO. Neither company could be reached for comment.
- There was a darkness proofing breach at the McKinley Zoo’s Koala habitat last night, zookeepers are unsure if the animals destroyed the proofing themselves, if normal wear and tear allowed for darkness seep, or if an volunteer keeper may have accidentally left the enclosure unlatched. Three koalas were missing as of this morning. If you have any information regarding their whereabouts, or potential darkness mutation, please notify the Zoo Curator’s office extension.
