It's like slamming into a wall and having one of your senses cut off, and the rest dulled to the point of being almost useless. It's like losing a limb but knowing that it's still there, but not being to see or feel or touch it.

When you do it to yourself, which is sometimes needed, then you're prepared for it. If you're going to like the jail here, you know there's Voids there and can prepare yourself. But when it just happens? It's like being cut in half and not being able to comprehend the world any more.

People talk about them like - I'd say monsters under the bed, except there are real monsters here, and people just sort of rearrange their lives to avoid them and get on with it like it's not even a big deal.

I want to say they can't possibly be as bad as the rumors suggest, that it's exaggerated, you know, like rumors are. But if they are that bad, then that seems pretty important to know too. Either way, the best way to find out the truth is to go straight to people who actually know.

Voids and void tech are similar - it feels like you've lost something, been cored hollow. It's a cold seeping into your soul. You cannot use your powers or feel there.

Not all Voids are normal people. Nulls and Voids with capital N, capital V, come from SERO. They made the official Voids.

They're not normal at all. They're cold and unsettling. For me, getting Voided is like that too. Everything gets freezing cold and it's hard to concentrate. Most people don't have fire powers like mine, though.
