Not everyone with powers can survive long without them - their bodies adapt to them in ways that re not compatible with life without those powers existing.

Voids - SERO's Voids - aren't people, they are tools, in the worst way. They shouldn't be, it's wrong, what happened to them, how they came to be, no one should go through.

Natural born Nulls? They aren't frightening. It's a little...disconcerting but not frightening.

Nulls do not take away powers, they simply block you from using them.

I've never heard of a naturally born Void, though I've heard of Newcomers ending up with Voiding powers. But yes, it's the way they are made. They have...a chance to be something other than a weapon.
