Who's actually dealt with nulls or voids before Or the tech? There are a lot of spooky rumors around but not a lot of facts. And nothing's better than first-hand experience.

It's like slamming into a wall and having one of your senses cut off, and the rest dulled to the point of being almost useless. It's like losing a limb but knowing that it's still there, but not being to see or feel or touch it.

When you do it to yourself, which is sometimes needed, then you're prepared for it. If you're going to like the jail here, you know there's Voids there and can prepare yourself. But when it just happens? It's like being cut in half and not being able to comprehend the world any more.

How many of them were there? I mean, to do that to you. I guess it would depend on how strong someone was to start with.

Just one. I'm not sure of the range, but just one was able to do that to me within the area of effect. And I've seen just one do it to more powerful people than me too.

The tech is different. Most of that is personalized. Meaning it only affects one person, who's usually wearing it. I'm pretty sure there's some area of effect things, but I haven't run into them.

You mean only the person wearing it gets - negated? Or that the person wearing it can, I don't know, direct the effect at someone? Because if it's the first then - you'd just have to stop them getting it onto you. Right?

Yeah, only the person wearing it is voided. And if you can avoid getting it slapped on you, all the better. But, like I said, I'm pretty sure there's area of effect things too that work like Voids. Not sure if they use it, but I've seen it - well, not here, but I can't believe they can make Voids and not area of effect tech, ya know?

The Core's been screwy a couple of times, and I've done it to myself. There was a sex expo here over a year ago, and I went to that because they had some void tech.

Sex expo, they were selling all sorts of toys, objects, and things. They had these void cuffs for power play and I picked some up. Wanted to see what they had.
