Who's actually dealt with nulls or voids before Or the tech? There are a lot of spooky rumors around but not a lot of facts. And nothing's better than first-hand experience.

Voids are not human. Don't think they are. They are grown human-shaped things. The people who develop Void powers aren't bad, but the Voids and the Nulls? They were grown in a tube by scientists.

Some other things? It takes them a while to get it right and they don't mind taking the time.
There are people there doing good things. But they turn a blind eye to the bad things that are being done too.

Intelligence wasn't exactly the right word. I guess...independance? How flexible are they allowed or encouraged to be? Are they generally given specific orders or just objectives?
