 [HEY. Remember when Christina first got here and she was completely batshit insane and a few months later, she started evening out a little and acting semi-normal? Those were some good times. 

Right now, she's sitting in front of her NV, looking coldly murderous. This is as angry as Christina's ever been since she destroyed Point Pleasant. Despite her fury, she's clearly been crying, but is trying to pretend she hasn't with teeth-gritted, wild-eyed fury. 

Big, epic speeches aren't really a thing when you're shaking with rage, but Castiel already covered the murdering aspect, so she needs something else to get her disapproval across, but she still keeps it short and simple. Crowley may not have been overly compassionate, but he was genuine. Didn't lie to her, didn't spare her feelings, wasn't interested in her powers. Ambivalence in a sea of blind love and utter betrayal and hatred was a welcome alternative.]

A demon died the other night, but that's okay, because he wasn't a person, right? 

If I find out that whoever killed him decided he needed to be put down because of what he is, then I'll show them what Hell really looks like. You'll find I'm not so easy to kill.

[She laughs- it's bitter and lacking humor.] It's funny. I actually believed for a second that the people in this town were tolerant.

[She pauses in her eating to wipe chocolate out of the corners of her mouth with her finger.] I don't miss, but those Darkness things take a lot more... oomph than I'm used to having to use when I'm not crushing an entire town.

The thing about this world is some things out there can't be killed. Not by us. Be ready to run if you need to.

I wish I could teleport or something, but I guess my dad wasn't too big on me having to run from a fight. [She finishes her choco taco and catches up with him so she's walking at his pace right beside him.]

Don't worry, I'm a more considerate version of your dad. [He'll haul her out if it gets bad. But for now he leads her into the woods.]

[EDGING CLOSER TO HIM. Not because she feels... Safe around him or anything, because she's not that stupid, but because if she's going to get badtouched by a tree, she would rather have a meatshield.]

Great. At least the collateral damage will be minimal.

Now that Adam left. He seemed like a good kid. [She sounds... So bitter about that. Because Adam was so GENUINELY GOOD and aware of his powers.]

He was.

[That same bitterness, actually. Yeah he'd been a good kid. So good he'd automatically hated Lucifer.]

[She shoots him a look.] It must be weird for you. Having all these kids show up, saying you're their dad.

When they blame me for their problems I have to wonder.

I don't... For the record. I mean, maybe I did. Once. But it's not really your fault. You're not the same Lucifer who raped my mother and destroyed my life. [She waves a hand vaguely.] So it's stupid to blame you for that.

[thelightbringer]

[If he had been that Lucifer he would have pointed out that, hey, Christina, your world sucked anyway. But he isn't, so he just nods.]

I appreciate that. And even if you aren't mine, you are the only one I've met who I respect. [A tiny tiny bit. Teeny tiny bit.]
