Ah- yes. Hello. This... is Garret Hawke here. The Champion of Kirkwall. I appear to be in a place that's... not where I went to sleep. So either I've been drinking in the Hanged man again, or I've been kidnapped by some form of wily demon.

[He sighed and gave that beard a scratch.]

The thing is, I'm a big fan of knowing where I am, and there's a lot of things here that really make me question what I had to drink last night. These buildings don't look like anything in Kirkwall. Or Fereldan. Maybe these are tevinter buildings? No. Fenris probably would have commented on how they were built by slaves or something.

[He shook his head and sighed.]

Well. If anyone could give me information I'd pay them in... [He checked for his purse.] A charming smile and perhaps even a flirty wink.

I am at Fenris's house? I'm unsure of where that actually is.

[He stretches getting to his feet.]

I am unsure of whether he's here. If he isn't... I am sure he'll forgive my trespasses. Or I hope so, because playing alone is not as much fun as playing with a partner if you catch my meaning.

Hmm. Even if he is not here, is he someone I could take in a fight? I do not wish to sort out these assumptions upon your lover's arrival.

I don't know, how do you handle mages?

[He grins teasingly.]

The same way I handle anything else. With my stunning good looks.

[Hawke takes in Zevran, or as much of him as he can see on the screen.]

I believe you'd be able to beat him in a fight.

[He chuckles.]

Probably. I've taken on a few mages and darkspawn emissaries in my day.

But I far prefer to win a battle with a smile.

Well, if we were battling I think you'd fell me with that smile.

[He chuckled scratching his beard.]

Well. Are you still interested in giving me that tour? I don't like being cooped up.

Yes. I'll head home in a few moments. I am on the subway.

[He lifts the runestone to film the area around him, knowing full well how strange it must look to Hawke.]

[Hawke blinks.]

You look like you're running through the deep roads. Or... sprinting.

[Hawke shakes his head slightly bewildered.]

There's a lot to learn about how this world is nothing like Thedas isn't there?

[He rubbed his forehead. For once? Hawke is actually quite phased.]

Surely the illustrious Champion of Kirkwall can handle a little change of scenery. I assure you, though the devices may be quite different, the people behind them all are quite the same.

[He offers a dazzling smile and a wink.] Soon, my friend.

Perhaps a stiff drink will help. It's... quite the thing to get used too.

[Oh Zevran. That smile and wink makes Hawke feel like he imagines a little girl might feel when she's flirted with by her crush.]

Yet you appear to be quite the pleasing distraction. [Hawke shook his head slightly. Foooocus.] There is also the issue of my friend remembering me as a man of a different discipline. I couldn't use knives to save my life.

Ah, time for my secret stash, then. [Zevran does keep some of his brandy back, in case the other elf with an alcohol problem in his house ends up drinking itr all.]

That is not so uncommon as you think. Anders and I both knew and traveled with the surviving Grey Wardens in Ferelden... but remember one of them as not only practicing entirely different disciplines, but a different gender and species as well!

It seems that this is a world of possibilities.

Ah. So you know Anders.

[Don't ask him why he didn't pick up on his mentioning him earlier. It's been a rough day. He chuckles, though it's darker than what you would have heard from him before. He puts a hand through his hair.]

How do you think you'd fare in a fight with Anders then Zevran? Because he is my lover.

...Your lover? Now that is interesting. [Zevran quirks a brow and considers the possibilities. It seems unlikely Hawke is talking about an entirely different Anders, since Fenris knew Anders as well. The Anders he knows, however, is very much the love-them-and-leave them type, which is actually Zevran's sole argument for not yet initiating a sexual relationship with him. As much fun as it would be, he doesn't want to be the one stuck holding the bag if their group falls apart. They have a rogue and a swordsman, a healer is more essential than either.]

I think rather than fight he'd probably just ask me to join in!

[Hawke sighed. That... was an incredibly... interesting image to have pop right in there and nestle down.

But... Would Anders really? No. He was the one that initiated the relationship really, After Hawke gave him the go-ahead after much, much flirting. He looked troubled but brushed it away. Thinking about it was not going to help his situation.]

Now there is a pastime I wouldn't mind taking up.

[Yes. Joke. Humour. It's how Hawke stays together.]

[Zevran senses Hawke pulling back from the situation. Maybe he's not as easygoing as he puts on, or Anders is a sore spot. Still, when Zevran sees a point of contention, his instinct is to push his luck.]

Certainly! And perhaps we can even get Fenris in on the game. I knew I'd like this place.

That's all very well in theoretical practise, Two incredibly hot humans followed by even hotter elves, but I'd like to see you convince those two to share the same bed with eachother, let alone four of us. Anders might go for it, But Fenris would sooner start a mage rights alliance.

[He chuckled, getting back into his stride. Sorry Zev, if you want those feels out on the table? Ply him with liqueur.]

Though... if you some how come up with a plot to make it happen, I will call myself a willing accomplice. Until Fenris finds out. Then you're on your own.

[He grins at Zevran.]

They have managed to live together without killing each other... thus far.

And as much as I enjoy all of your company and the distinct lack of darkspawn or Antivan Crows trying to kill me, I do believe we ought to spend our time trying to find a way off this island rather than your suggestion. [Never mind that it had actually been Zevran's suggestion.] Once you've settled in, sharpened you sword, and so on.

I will be by in a few minutes. [~~Or maybe he's bi all the time...~~]

It wasn't my suggestion serrah.

[He chuckled.]

I will join any attempt to escape, though it's not really my forte to come up with those sort of plans. Especially if you're dealing with time.

[He raised his eyebrow and chuckled to himself.]

Sharpened my sword? Now I can't remember if that has a double meaning or whether it's just a practical suggestion. If it's the second, my sword is always sharp.

Your sword sounds positively enchanting.

[Zevran raises an eyebrow. He's never understood warrior sorts, he thinks.]

Or perhaps it's enchanted.

I will be up to meet you in person in a few moments. Oh, and by the way - I am a Crow. Or a soon-to-be former Crow of the non-dead variety, which is rare enough indeed.

So you can be assured that our time apart is spent with me sharpening my blades... just in case! You never know what you will find in this fair city.

It is very enchanting. But it's enchanted to knock people backwards. It's amusing really.

[He nods.]

Well. I'm living under a roof with an Antivan Crow, soon to be former of the non dead variety. I'll mark this in my diary as "Things I would never have considered to be a good thing."

I get the feeling we'll have a lot of fun. [He ends the transmission with a wink... and turns up in around 15 minutes. He's dressed in high boots with a long, loose shirt, and very tight jeans. Even though he can move silently and without being noticed, he always pointedly makes a bit deal of his arrival by calling out - mostly to assuage the jumpy elves and mages he lives with.] I'm home~!

And I didn't think to have dinner on the stove. Shame on me.

[He chuckles. Zevran is... even handsomer when he's not talking out of an enchanted book.]

Well, I knew you were handsome but you look even more so acclimatised in their odd fashions. Brava Messere.

...Things are going to get cramped in here. Will you be alright on the couch? Fenris's room is a bit of a mess...

[He chuckled and scratched the back of his head.]

Well Fenris has insisted I take his room. I intend to stay until an alternate arrangement has been made, I have to add that or guilt will cripple me in a matter of minutes.

... Assuming Zevran is not in the apartment for this one if that's okay!
