[So it does happen on occasion that Sora likes to play Sherlock. This particular evening, inspiration strikes while in the midst of training exercises in the woods (taught to him some time ago by a certain blue haired master). His hair's a little mussed, outfit slightly askew. But here's something new! Sora's sporting some new duds: At the moment, his left arm's covered in what appears to be some well-crafted armor.]

I've been thinking... Back in my world, there used to things called Gates that helped get you from place to place. Thing is, they weren't all that easy to find, and they didn't just open for anybody or for any reason.

Only, if I'm right, I just might know a way to make this work!

[Hence, his next question. It's completely relevant to the previous matter, he promises:]

What's most important to you? What's something you guys just can't go without?

[Tell the sixteen year old about your precious items, Siren's Port. So he can ask to see it. Toss it in the air. Point a weapon at it.]

[It'll turn out just fine.]

[Probably.]

[He gives a nod, feeling a better with the reassurance.]

If we find a way out, I'll come back and visit you guys here every now and then.

[It doesn't show but the words make her... hesitant. Hey, she was optimistic. She would give it a shot. But common sense and their lucky streak told them this wasn't gonna work. It was a big long shot.

But when'd it ever stopped her from at least trying? And for once, trying didn't involve her getting tossed around by Chargers.]

You better make that a promise, I'd miss you too much.

I promise I'll come visit you, Rochelle!

[Aww, Rochelle. He definitely won't forget her.]

And I'll even bring you back a souvenir or two, okay?

Ooh. I like this. Not like I wouldn't wanna see just you.

Everybody likes souvenirs! Plus, if anybody can get you the really interesting ones, it's this guy. [He jerks a thumb at himself.]

Actually, yeah. I think I might've even passed by it every now and again.

Good enough for me, I'll wait outside.

[with an axe.

... in a bag or something for now just so she's not the one woman wandering around outside waving an axe around.]

[Sora arrives about twenty minutes later, looking fairly optimistic. He looks even more so when he finally spots his friend. He waves at her as he nears.]

Rochelle!

[SITTIN' IN THE FRONT SEAT porch. Rochelle was already looking up when her sixth senth of a power sensed his presence when Sora came within it's "range". She waved.]

Hey, Sora! What's up?

action;

[lockandkeyblade]

Ready to bust out of this joint!

[He makes his way towards the stairs and comes to a stop at the bottom, looking up at Rochelle. He's overly optimistic, but you know... that's just how he rolls.]

Are you?

action;

[axemeaquestion]

Not really. Remember?

[She already said her part on it. She took the scratched up axe out of it's bag now.]

But like I said, I can help you out.

Oh yeah... [He laughs sheepishly.] Guess I got a little carried away.

[He strides right up to Rochelle, peering at the axe like it's a delicate artifact. It looks way more beat up than he thought it'd be up close.]

Wow... this thing's been through a heck of a lot!

action;

[axemeaquestion]

Don't worry about it. [She grins and shrugs, and pats at it's handle.]

You ought to see it when it ISN'T clean. [Pause.] ... On second thought, that's not such a good idea.

I think I'll settle for a clean one. [A chuckle.]

But... I just gotta make sure before we do this. You don't... work for SERO, right?

action;

[Ro blinks.]

... No, I work for INN. Why?

action;

Just gotta ask is all. Riku's always warned us not to show anybody we didn't trust because SERO might hear about what we are.

[Besides, Sora trusts Rochelle anyhow.

At that, Sora reaches out his hand, summoning the keyblade to his fingers. There's a bright flash, and a soft chime before the keyblade appears in his capable grip.]

[Ro nods and... whoah. That's different. She blinks and stares.]

It's called a keyblade. It's a weapon, but it can unlock anything. Locked doors, chests, special gates -- anything that can be locked in a way, this thing can open it. It can even... unlock a person in a way. And because of that, there are a lot of really special people here from my world Riku says SERO'd love to get their hands on.

[A pause.] ... Just don't tell anybody, okay?
