Way I figure it, you make him work for it, you set up a series of chain reactions, you leave him dazed and confused, and then you strike. I'd suggest starting with a flash grenade somewhere in there, regeneration don't really matter, its blinding and loud, gives you about five seconds of complete sensory deprivation, you set off one explosive nearby wall, and then a secondary one behind from his target location. You then rush the target, come at him with a knife or something personal, make him believe you are out for blood and revenge, and then you stick the paper on him.
That sound a little better then your plan?
