[but Vanitas is as good as concealing his true intentions as the helmet he keeps on his head is good at concealing his features. he's had a fascinating week, and he's even got the paperwork to show for it.]

It's kind of funny how much you can learn about all sorts of different people just by making a change of face. [there is the sound of him shuffling the aforementioned paperwork.]

Question for you all, though. Let's say you learned a secret– a really important, really personal secret. And let's say it's a secret about someone you hate with every fiber of your being.

What would you do with it? Would it depend on what the secret is?

Oh my, a big dirty secret? I say sell it to the highest bidder. What are the offers so far?

[He has a feeling he's already been outbid, but whatever the secret is he's sure it'll be used for nothing good in Vanitas' hands. If he can figure out what it is--or at least who it's about--maybe he can at least play some preemptive damage control.]

[Vanitas doesn't really know Axel as much more than "that guy who helped him out when his helmet was broken after a fight some time ago, and the helmet never really did quite fight right ever again," in addition to "that guy Roxas mentions a lot in his diary." he wouldn't put two and two together unless he saw Axel's face.]

Make an offer first, and I'll consider it. [he's probably not going to, but he's in this for the amusement more than anything.]
