Given the rather interesting little bit of art that appeared overnight, I was thinking of getting a group of experts together to go and see what's what.

So, if any of you lot are exp- well, probably not experts. More likely aficionados, given this melting pot of realities - of extraterrestrial sightings, history, or any sort of symbology, really, give me a bit of an example of your work.

[Ruby looks incredibly bored when the feed starts, and can be seen lounging in her bed as if she's just getting up for the day. She keeps the device on her face, because she is definitely nude, and she would rather not give a free show to the residents of the Port.

Typically she just silently watches without saying a word, but she couldn't resist getting on here today.]

[ Integra is sitting, as per usual, in her room at home; looking far, far better than she has in the last few weeks. There's color in her cheeks again, and she most certainly doesn't appear to be drained.

Crossing her left leg over her right, she hums thoughtfully, before speaking. ]

First and foremost... thank you to everyone who visited with me and helped me while I was ill. I truly do appreciate you all, whether you visited here at the manor or over the NV. Thank you.

Secondly, I am feeling well enough that fencing lessons shall resume within the next few days. I should also note that I am very much in need of a few sparring partners; fencing is one thing, but sparring is something completely different. I certainly do not need to get rusty, and I'm certain there are at least a few of you who may feel the same way I do.

[ Reaching forward to end the feed, she pauses. ]

[The Joker is sitting in the bean bag chair. He's wearing an outlandish fur coat and a feathered fedora. In one hand is a glass of wine. The hyenas, Stan and Ollie, are crouched at his feet eating something that may or may not have once been a person.]

Nothing like surviving a plague to really make a fella think about his own mortality. Whatever shall we do if we find ourselves slipping outta this mortal coil, hmm?

...There's a funny phrase, eh? "Kick the bucket". Now where the heck do you suppose we got that from? Hanging? Kick the bucket away and you turn and spin and start to dance.

Er. Anyhoo, where was I going with that thought before I so rudely interrupted myself? Ah, yes! The list!

[So on the screen is Fred, on the floor in one of the random rooms. There's a tiny, peach fuzzed, blind kitty in her hand.]

So I don't know if anyone remembers Cordelia Chase, but her cat had kittens. I already have two, and I'm thinking Willow wants the blue one. There's two tabbies and maybe a Calico. It would still be a few weeks, and even though the hotel is big enough for them-- I really don't need to be a cat lady.

[She puts the kitty down next to the mother and smiles.]

I also want to go out. I feel like I've been cooped up in this place for a month. Is there anything going on? I know, I know-- I can check the news. But I wanted to see what people were up to.

Did anyone see the crop circle on the news? That looked so cool! I wonder who did that~ whoever it was is a really good artist. So hello, everyone! I'm Nyaruko Yasaka and I've been here for nearly a month now, and I hope everyone's feeling much better now!

First off, so I've been about and I was wondering about the job situations here~ Is anyone hiring? [And on a quick subject swerve...] I wanna be a bounty hunter! How do I sign up for that, anyway? And, and, and! So there's a festival these few days? [The block party, anyway.] Does anyone else want to go with?

Oh! And is anyone looking for a roommate? I've been seeing all those eviction notices lately and I'm not up yet, but it's either that or recruit people and I don't know that many people around here yet? Unless there are people who don't mind being recruits even if I don't know what the difference is between either of the notices...?
