001: [Video] Duel One - Greetings! 6pm
[A video blips on as he fiddles with his device, at long last making a steady connection to the netvice community. A silvery-haired fop is now on your network—Ready to do a little chit-chatting, Siren's Port?]
Oooo. This is just like out of one of those Sci-Fi shows, you know. How exciting. Can you all hear me? Well hello, hello there! ~☆
[Waves all friendly-like with a glass of wine in one hand, smiling winsomely.]
Good evening, good evening my dear friends. I do hope all of you are having a stellar evening, indeed. I'm…What is it they say? Newly Arrived? Oh, it's really all very strange. Very confusing. Why, I've been absolutely terrified!~
Also, I confess, a little exhausted.
[Fans himself briskly with one hand and sits up from what appears to be a posh-looking couch that most certainly wasn't in the Starter Apartments, letting forth a dramatic sigh.]
Well, since it appears we're going to be stuck here for a while why don't you let me tell you a little about myself so we might get to know each other better, hm?
My name is Pegasus J. Crawford, inventor of a wonderful card game called Duel Monsters, chairman and CEO of Industrial Illusions, and I come from America. California, to be specific. Ha, ha.~ It's a wonderful place, really.
[Giggles at that, as if telling the most amusing joke.]
Pleasure to make your acquaintance. ♡
But now that you know who I am, it's only fair that I should like to get to know all of you. So, boy do I have a little question for you, Siren's Port:
Do any of you like to play games? I invented one, you know. Maybe you could help lil' old me pass the time? A winner-take-all duel, you might say. The loser takes me out to dinner. Or, if you're so inclined, maybe show me around. I could really use a tour. How about it, hm?
[ooc: Action tags are welcome. He'll come skipping right out to meet and greet almost anyone if they're friendly enough. Don't expect him to walk too far though unless you call him a cab.
EDIT: Check/fill out this awesome PERMISSIONS POST here!]

Ooo! Then I'll be waiting.
[It was a Sector 3 residency...A 3 bedroom apartment with a city view from its balcony. Complete with living space, dining room, and even a study. (Along with other odds and ends.) Very posh. Evidently Mister Prosecutor was on his way up in the world.
Pegasus would be waiting...He didn't actually know what the other man looked like, but he didn't particularly care. Company was company. And good company was so rare to find these days.
So he'll sit on a cushioned seat for now, glancing back at the hall as if the other might suddenly ring the door bell at that very moment.]
Action;
Either way, he's neither late nor early. There are business matter he left unfinished at the office, but those can wait until tomorrow. One of the perks of being the boss is the liberty to make your own schedule.
A lean figure clad in a pinstripe suit and dark sunglasses, he makes his way up the old fashioned way. A sharp smile turns the corner of his mouth, and he rings the bell outside.
What kind of game will we be starting today? ]
Action. This is the best cross canon CR ever.
By the time the bell rang he had taken to watching the big screen TV for the news, flipping through a few channels before the TV went off again with a small 'blip'.
He rose up, crossed the distance to the door, and pulled it open to face the other man, the slight breeze tugging at his vibrant silver locks.
Upon first impression Pegasus was extremely slender, and equally tall. Six foot two, actually. A bit of a wispy thing, but he moved with elegance and grace, which probably indicated a wealthy background. His hand comes up briefly, lingering in mid-air, as if uncertain.]
...Oh! H-hello. Are you Xigbar?
Action. It totally is.
He smile only widens. ]
The very same, Mr. Pegsy.
[ He gestures towards the elevator. ]
You ready for an evening out?
Action.
My, my. I've never been asked like this before.
[Yes, he's ready. More than ready. He can't help but giggle, just like a little blushing school girl. Fans himself before taking Xigbar's hand in a shake, seemingly so happy. Just urge him along and he'll comply.]
Happy to meet you in person, Mister Xigbar. Or should I call you Xiggy?~
Action.
The handshake isn't necessarily expected, but his grip is firm regardless. ]
Pleasure's all mine, Mr. Pegsy.
[ He gestures again. ]
Right this way.
[ A quick trip down the elevator, a short walk out to the parking lot, and they'll be picked up by a sleek, black sedan. Gentleman that he is, Xigbar willeven hold the door open for his new guest. ]
After you.
Action.
As it is mine. Truly.
[Follows him along without so much as a complaint, humming as he dips his head down to slide inside and into the passenger's seat.]
Don't mind if I do.~
[When he's all nice and settled with crossed legs he'll smile, turning his head to regard the other man.]
So. Where to?
Action.
You wanted to see the sights, didn't you?
Give me a direction, and I'll tell you where we're going.
Action.
[Clasps his hands together very excitedly. Evidently you are succeeding very muchly at being his new favorite person.]
How about west then! I'm from the West, so...It's only natural I should choose that, don't you think?
Action.
He grins and taps the back of the driver's seat. ]
Sector Five, if you would, Pedro.
[ He looks at his excited guest. ]
The fairgrounds it is.
Action.
...Mmmm, Fairgrounds? Ooo, what's there?
An amusement park?
[Shifting a bit in his seat as he turned to regard Xigbar with a smiiiile. His eye gets huge too. As you can clearly see. Someone is very, very happy about this.]
Action.
Exactly so, Mr. Pegsy.
[ He leans back and crosses his legs. ]
We've got a few hours before the nasties come out, yet.
Action.
[To think he was being brought to an amusement park and it wasn't even business-related! Clearly he's struck gold with this one.
Sighs contentedly, looking outside the window with intensity. For an island this City sure was rather sizable!]
So this is Siren's Port, hm...? I wonder how big it is...
Action.
How very flattering of you to say.
[ He gestures at the window. ]
Oh, I'd say it's around seventy square miles. Not too shabby, all things considered.
Action.
Such a precise figure. How long did you say you've been here for?
