Oooo. This is just like out of one of those Sci-Fi shows, you know. How exciting. Can you all hear me? Well hello, hello there! ~☆

[Waves all friendly-like with a glass of wine in one hand, smiling winsomely.]

Good evening, good evening my dear friends. I do hope all of you are having a stellar evening, indeed. I'm…What is it they say? Newly Arrived? Oh, it's really all very strange. Very confusing. Why, I've been absolutely terrified!~

Also, I confess, a little exhausted.

[Fans himself briskly with one hand and sits up from what appears to be a posh-looking couch that most certainly wasn't in the Starter Apartments, letting forth a dramatic sigh.]

Well, since it appears we're going to be stuck here for a while why don't you let me tell you a little about myself so we might get to know each other better, hm?

My name is Pegasus J. Crawford, inventor of a wonderful card game called Duel Monsters, chairman and CEO of Industrial Illusions, and I come from America. California, to be specific. Ha, ha.~ It's a wonderful place, really.

[Giggles at that, as if telling the most amusing joke.]

But now that you know who I am, it's only fair that I should like to get to know all of you. So, boy do I have a little question for you, Siren's Port:

Do any of you like to play games? I invented one, you know. Maybe you could help lil' old me pass the time? A winner-take-all duel, you might say. The loser takes me out to dinner. Or, if you're so inclined, maybe show me around. I could really use a tour. How about it, hm?

[ A little wisp of a thing. That's the visual impression the other means to convey, he's sure, but what he sees and what he measures are two very different things. He's always had an eye for character, but standing in the other's presence only confirms what he originally suspected. There's more to this fellow than what meets the eye alone.

[ He gestures towards the elevator. ]

[Oh, yes. He could adapt to be anything anyone wanted him to be. See something you like, sir? He sees that eyeing. And does it blatantly in turn. He was rather ruggedly handsome, wasn't he, this Xigbar? Seasoned, too. And nicely dressed.]

My, my. I've never been asked like this before.

[Yes, he's ready. More than ready. He can't help but giggle, just like a little blushing school girl. Fans himself before taking Xigbar's hand in a shake, seemingly so happy. Just urge him along and he'll comply.]

Happy to meet you in person, Mister Xigbar. Or should I call you Xiggy?~

[ He may just see something he likes. Not that he'll say what, since they're apparently playing coy at the moment, but maybe, someday.

The handshake isn't necessarily expected, but his grip is firm regardless. ]

[ He gestures again. ]

[ A quick trip down the elevator, a short walk out to the parking lot, and they'll be picked up by a sleek, black sedan. Gentleman that he is, Xigbar willeven hold the door open for his new guest. ]

[Some day, indeed. He'd be looking forwards to that day, too. As is his, equally, if not more so...But not over powering in any way. Let's the touch linger just a little, his words ending in a purr when next he speaks.]

As it is mine. Truly.

[Follows him along without so much as a complaint, humming as he dips his head down to slide inside and into the passenger's seat.]

[When he's all nice and settled with crossed legs he'll smile, turning his head to regard the other man.]

So. Where to?

[ Sliding in next to his guest, he shuts the door with a flourish before signaling the driver. No point in clogging up the place, after all. ]

You wanted to see the sights, didn't you?

Give me a direction, and I'll tell you where we're going.

Oooo. Sight-seeing~ I haven't done that in years!

[Clasps his hands together very excitedly. Evidently you are succeeding very muchly at being his new favorite person.]

How about west then! I'm from the West, so...It's only natural I should choose that, don't you think?

[ He looks at his excited guest. ]

The fairgrounds it is.

[It's near the beach! Oh, what fun. He's going to get excited. Very excited. Just watch.]

...Mmmm, Fairgrounds? Ooo, what's there?

An amusement park?

[Shifting a bit in his seat as he turned to regard Xigbar with a smiiiile. His eye gets huge too. As you can clearly see. Someone is very, very happy about this.]

[ Any and all excitement is totally acceptable. Just don't make a mess he has to clean up, and everything will be fine and dandy. ]

Exactly so, Mr. Pegsy.

[ He leans back and crosses his legs. ]

We've got a few hours before the nasties come out, yet.

Ooooh, Mister Xigbar. You're the best date I could ever ask for!

[To think he was being brought to an amusement park and it wasn't even business-related! Clearly he's struck gold with this one.

Sighs contentedly, looking outside the window with intensity. For an island this City sure was rather sizable!]

So this is Siren's Port, hm...? I wonder how big it is...

[ He chuckles lightly. ]

How very flattering of you to say.

[ He gestures at the window. ]

Oh, I'd say it's around seventy square miles. Not too shabby, all things considered.

[Well, considering he's never really been on an official date-date that more or less was true. (At least his enthusiasm is actually genuine.) All things considered, Xigbar was pretty like-minded to himself. That certainly had to count for something. Not that Pegasus was rightly aware of how sinister the other could be—also another similarity they shared—yet.]

Such a precise figure. How long did you say you've been here for?
