[ For Irene, her presence on the network has been spotty lately. And for her that meant business. But she realizes her last broadcast was her arrival, which would have to change. It was about time she made her video debut. She's also bored at the moment. It's just fun to keep people guessing.

She appears relaxed as she looks into her camera phone, lips freshly painted red and hair up in its distinctively complicated coif. The lace around her shoulders suggests something much more casual though. ]

Ooh, quite a lot of repressed emotions these days. Are we all done committing our deadliest sins already? Definitely made things interesting. [ yes, she's well aware that is old news, but it doesn't make it any less true; it was very revealing, in fact. ] Or was everyone busy on Monday?

[ an amused raise of both eyebrows. at least this will tell her how many people pay attention to the news -- something she's interested in knowing. ]

Nevermind that. Look at these new faces. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to say hello. My hands have been full. [ a smirk. ] How are we all doing? I'm fine for those wanting to ask.

[ oh dear god, are they letting anyone on this network? or did someone's dog get loose? either way, must be a rather intelligent animal to know to smile for the camera when they see one. she'll humor the response. there could be someone else on the other end. ]

[ Irene is fairly sure this animal understands her, but out of all her experiences in this city so far, somehow this seems the strangest. The monsters at night don't really make for good conversation. ]

Ah. You're alone, then. [ is she really having this conversation? ] I should say nice to meet you, but I'm afraid this is a rather one-sided conversation.

[ really! what a shame-- she thought she was speaking just fine. in. her own language but!! nevertheless! ammy seems to smirk at this, then moments later comes a written message through the nv, as if hand written.

in her case, tail written. ]

Shall we make it two-sided, then?

[ Unfortunately, she doesn't speak dog. Not literally at least. But the written words come in very clear. There are very few things that surprise her, and this seems to be one of them. ]

Well now. How clever. Who-- or what are you exactly?

[ the question in response is asked with all sincerity, not meant to sound brute or rude. ]

What do I appear to you as?

[ and Irene answers with sincerity. ]

Well, you appear to be a wolf of some kind. But we aren't always what we appear to be on the surface.

That's very true.
But I am indeed a wolf.

[ she opens her jaws to yawn, then return to a soft, relaxed-paced pant. ]

That depends!
From person to person, for one.

[ who thought she would be so interested in this conversation suddenly. ]

And what do most people think of you? If I can ask.

Most see me as a helpful wolf giving an aiding paw.
Others with faith see me as a savior.

Some things don't need to be said. But nice to see you take things so straightforward.
