[Crowley has had to consider this question quite heavily, being the ruler of a realm that punishes people. What is enough? Who deserves to go? Who can be redeemed? But on a deeper, more personal level, Crowley has had to come to terms with quite a few things regarding redemption and, disgustingly enough, forgiveness. Self-acceptance and awareness and all of the horridly human things in between.]

The ability to fix what they broke.
