[A short, simple post pings the Network about an hour before evening sirens.]

It seems that this world is eager to claim a holiday or celebration for every little thing. Is there then one for remembrance of those lost? It is a strange question, I know, but it is sometimes more expedient to simply ask. |

[For anyone who might be out and about this evening, Sephiroth is wandering among the markers at the Newcomer Memorial, giving most of them at least a casual regard but spending the bulk of his time at one or two in particular.]

Way I see it, any day you feel like getting all remembery and taking flowers to a gravesite works like a holiday. And if you really think about it, you remember them all the time, not just once or twice a year.

Wise words indeed. I'd not considered the possibility of such in my own home.

Well, if you ever go back, maybe you should start! Make a trend of it. Tell your friends, stuff like that.

Several of them have been brought here, so there is little need to dwell on the possibility of waiting until I am returned.

At least you have the chance to see them again here, right?

It is the one thing for which I am most thankful. I am sure it is not a solitary sentiment. Or I would hope it not to be.

Nice to meet you, too! Could be better, could be worse... I've definitely been in stickier situations. With more danger and less accommodation.
