[ Here's William T. Spears. He hasn't been around all that much lately. Seems that with the majority of his coworkers returning home, he has reverted to his old reclusive ways. ]

As I am sure a few of you have noticed, Grell Sutcliff is no longer in Port. He is not dead this time. His NV is disconnected so I am certain he has been sent home.

[ There's no sadness in his voice. Why? Because the point of this post is not to grieve. It's a business post. And there's no emotion necessary for that. ]

Since he is no longer here, I am looking to sell his photography studio, as well as all of the photography equipment contained there in. The studio is located in Sector 4, is in excellent condition and is fairly well equipped.

[ Hey all you past customers who got their pictures (perhaps nude ones?) taken by the mild mannered "Eric Sligby"... yeah that photographer wasn't who you thought he was. ]

I will also consider renting the lot.

[See, this is where most people might offer condolences. But seeing as we all know Hitsugaya was never fond of Grell, he can't bring himself to offer them; they'd feel insincere.]

How long has it been? [Even as noisy as Grell is, Hitsugaya tends to ignore him for the most part, so.]

[ William's not expecting condolences from anyone. He knows how many enemies Grell has. ]

Just over three weeks.

[He just nods at that. Long enough to deduce Grell wouldn't be back. Or at least, not any time soon or with his memory intact.]

So I suppose you've had time to adjust to it.

I have had the time, yes. Whether or not I have actually done so is another matter, entirely.

[He does not know how to deal with these situations. Emotions are such a tricky thing.

[Really, the only thing he can think to do is change the subject. Because avoidance always works, right?] Everything was still intact at the apartment after we got back from the past?

The flat was a bit of mess from the cats being alone for the time, but I suppose one can't blame them since they were forced to fend for themselves.

[ And if anything, cleaning it all up gave William something to distract himself with. ]

I had an entire house to get back into order. It's almost surprising how much destruction even one cat can cause, given enough time.

[ Sigh. ]

Yes. And I have three.

Thankfully Penelope was not at home in her cage for that week.
