[There's the sound of teeth chattering and a girl shivering]
Has it always been so cold here? What has happened?

[She's quiet. He isn't attractive at all to Eponine... but then, she never did love HIM. She loved what he did for her. But she steels herself.]
I do not CARE what you look like. But you are ugly inside too. You are keeping that man ENSLAVED. And you have let me get myself into trouble. I do not want your help or your connections. You can keep them. Let me have Enjolras, and we will part ways, M'sieur. You've lied to me. I am SICK of people lying to me. I cannot stop most people. I cannot get away from most people. But I can get away from you. Let me have M'sieur Enjolras. I'll get your money, M'sieur. You can count on that.
[Eponine...... she's devastated. Completely and utterly. She might not have LOVED Deadpool, but he seemed to love her. And it's all gone, up in smoke, along with M'sieur Marius and she is all alone again. She wipes away her tears fiercely.]
Name your price. What will it be? Money? Sex? You have always said you enjoy it with me.

Eponine, no! I told you. I do not want you involved, and I am in no danger. So do not lower yourself. I told you I do not need saving.
[He stares deadpool in his unmasked face, showing nothing]
You are not to lay hands on her.
no subject
I didn't unless she asked.
[He cracks his neck]
Now I suggest, you get the hell out of my face before I rearrange yours.
[He just wants to beat the crap out of Enjolras right now, and if Eponine weren't right there, he would].

[She turns to Enjolras first] M'sieur, I am sorry. I am so sorry. I did not realise - my boyfriend. And I called you a liar.
[But Deadpool is more important right now. She turns back to him] Don't you DARE touch him. I'll scream if you do. I'll get the cognes down here quick as a wink, you see if I don't. You ain't to touch him, M'sieur. And you weren't in love with me. You couldn't 'ave been, or you would have told me. If the bond can be transferred to you, so it can to me. Do it right now, or I'll go straight to AGI and we'll all be in trouble.
[Enjolras BETTER tell Marius about this, because Eponine is scared. Her threats aren't empty though. She'll do it.]

Monsieur, we both want the same thing: this girl to not be involved in problems that are mine. So, why threaten me?
[He keeps himself firmly between deadpool and eponine]

Fine, point.
[Not going to apologize, just acknowledge the fact that he had a point]

Do NOT talk as if I am not here. I might be a girl, and I might be a gat, but I am still here. And I am trying to save you, M'sieur Enjolras. I am already in trouble with AGI because of you, and every day, they might find me and arrest me. I am already in trouble for you - even now, I am getting in trouble for you - Hattie will not let me sleep tonight for being so late - and you brush me off? You know if I left you, M'sieur Marius would never speak to me again. You KNOW this. It is the same as if I left you with Montparnasse. I can't do it, M'sieur.

So yeah, we should probably figure someway to fucking resolve all this shit or something, right? Personally, I'd rather you not have gotten your ass enslaved by AGI, taken by a trickster god, and then dumped in my lap, but here we are.
Can't very well kick you out, because AGI will likely target you again until someone does something worse. I did warn you, and I told you not to get her involved, and yet here we are.
[He crosses his arms]
I'm open to suggestions, other then Eponine adding to her already ridiculous pile of issues and problems, of course.

They are NOT ridiculous. And they are NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. I can look after myself. I don't need either of you to help me. But you know he would have punched you, M'sieur Enjolras - and you see, we are friends now. You remember my name.
[She smiles suddenly] That is lovely, I think.
no subject
Then we are in agreement, Monsieur. Neither of us like this situation, and neither of us want her in more trouble.
I did not get her involved. She is responsible for her own choices.
no subject
Ridiculous amounts I was referring to. Not ridiculous in themselves.
[Note to self, French girls are crazy]
Well ok then. Seems fine and dandy to me.

Eponine struggles against Enjolras' grip on her shoulders.
"DO NOT TALK AS IF I AM NOT HERE. Leave me go. Let him rearrange your face, M'sieur Enjolras. You can forget my help from now on. I will go."
She's tried, Marius, honestly she has. She just doesn't know what to do - go to AGI directly, perhaps? And say what?
And she's still furious with Deadpool for not telling her, for talking over her and for threatening Marius' mentor.
"Do not come near me again, M'sieur."
And with a jerk of her shoulders, she looses herself from Enjolras' grip, rushes down the stairs and heads straight for the rioters. Somewhere in that crush, her anger, passion, gets worked out of her as she fights to keep her footing and her hands on the valuables she steals. Somehow, the riot soothes her a little.

He makes eye contact with Deadpool, and runs out the door after Eponine, jearking his head for Deadpool to follow.]

Edit cos - doh! Forgot Hattie gave her Ella's clothes.
She wanted gin or brandy - just a cheap bottle would do. Or whiskey if she could afford it. Problem was, she had no money to start off with. Hence, picking pockets.
she was completely unaware of either man following her as she pushed through the crowd. Never had she been more grateful for trousers.
Eponine could move easily through the crowd, pushing back as they worked to crush her, pocketing wallets and watches and bits of change as fast as she could. Somehow in the fray, her earmuffs disappeared, and the bottom of her coat and her trousers frayed and ripped from people standing onthem. Right now, Eponine didn't care. Her hair had fallen out of it's tidy bun and hung about her face. Eponine had never felt more at home.
She turned to fight her way out. A liquor shop was needed now!

[He is tired of her line of argument]
This is his problem, not yours.
[He just looks at her, hurt by the offer, his voice quieter]
I don't want anything you feel is a price to pay. I have always enjoyed it with you, but since we are getting everything out on the table, it isn't why I love you.
