[The NV turns on to show massive paw prints in the snow, spaced an incredible distance apart. The feed continues moving -- the paw prints are getting closer together -- until it stops abruptly, with a soft chuckle from your resident favorite demon -- because it appears that a massive bloody thing is hovering in mid-air.]

Was killing it necessary?

[The bloody lump of... whatever the living hell Crowley's Hellhound has found shakes in mid-air, the bones crunching with a quick snap of her jaws as she swallows part of it whole, before dropping the other half on the ground. The snow then puffs upward in a spray of crystals as Growley drops obediently at Crowley's feet.

The NV moves for a moment or two before Crowley pockets it, though you can still hear him speaking before the feed shuts off.]

Last time I ask you to fetch me a bloody steak, stupid beast.

I can see it.

[Frau isn't overly put off by the size either. There are dog like creatures that big where he's from too. They just aren't pets.]

[ -- oh. That interests him. And Crowley arches his eyebrows -- the man clearly isn't lying, Crowley knows when people lie -- so how is it he can see Growley?]

[Frau doesn't know why anyone wouldn't be able to see it. The dog is huge. Unless it's just a soul left behind, there should be no reason for others not to see it.]

Normally only demons, angels, or the condemned can see it.

[Crowley looks fascinated. Growley herself pushes herself upward to linger just behind Crowley, so the demon can lean on her, completely and utterly at ease with one another. They've been partners for an incredibly long time.]

So my skepticism is entirely warranted.

[Frau doesn't question the explanation of who can see the hellhound. Even if the reason isn't because of who he is, he fits that condemned category far too well.]

Though there are certainly unusual people here than what I'm used to. I'd assume that's the case for most.

For most. The condemned are rather hard to come by here. I don't own any souls, as there's no Hell.

Where I'm from there is no hell exactly. At least not in the way you're making it seem.

I'm told few worlds actually have a Hell -- or that they have no idea whether or not it exists.
