♱ 8 - Accidental Video ♱
[ Good afternoon, everyone. Please, enjoy your view of one Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, standing in the kitchen of the Stoker Manor, her blazer off, white sleeved shirt covered by the... pink apron she's wearing.
What is she doing, you might ask? She's attempting to cook, and by the looks of the kitchen, which is now a complete and utter DISASTER, she's not doing well.
Grumbling something, the heiress simply stares over at the stove, watching as the water she put on it just sort of boils over, along with the stupid spaghetti she put in it far too early. She continues staring for a moment, as though she really can't believe that this is happening, before she finally moves to turn the stove off.
In the process, however, she steps in some of the water that has boiled over onto the floor [fortunately, she's got shoes on!] and slides across it, having to rather ungracefully grapple onto the counter top to stay on her feet. This also sets off a chain reaction; a few of the jars that were on the counter are knocked down, crashing loudly onto the floor, sending whatever was in them splattering all over the place. ]
For fucks sake-- [ Fortunately, it is at this point the feed decides to end. ]

[ Patting the poor young man on the shoulder, she hums. ]
I am suddenly grateful I've never celebrated Halloween. Well, my father took me out one year, but that didn't end well.
[ Action]
Oh? What happened?
[ Action]
I was... five, six maybe? Father thought we could 'bond' if he took me out. So he made me dress up in this ridiculous Red Ridinghood outfit and we went out. Within the first... four houses, someone made the mistake of jumping out at me dressed as a zombie. I vaguely remember screaming, hitting them in the kneecap with my candy, then THROWING the bag of candy at them, and taking off down the sidewalk. At some point, Walter caught up to me.
[ Action]
I guess that's why you're so enthusiastic.
[ Action]
[ She simply smirked, leaning back in her seat. Perhaps that WAS why she was alsways so ready to kill undead things... ]
[ Action]
[ Action]
[ Except the vampire would just find a way around her order like he always did. She sighed, shaking her head. ]
How quickly time seems to fly... it feels still like I've only just arrived here.
[ Action]
[He paused, frowning.]
...I haven't even thought about going home.
[ Action]
Not even once?
[ Action]
When Mr. Arikado showed up, I was more happy that someone I knew was here rather than how we could get home.
[ Action]
[ She frowns. ]
...Perhaps he will come back, some day. Or you will go home and remember none of this.
[ THAT concept almost stings. She doesn't -want- him to forget all of this, just as much as SHE doesn't want to forget it... but no one can change what happens if they go home. ]
[ Action]
Yeah, right; I doubt I could forget anything that happened here.
[ Action]
[ Even so, it did worry her; what if they ALL forgot one another? It wouldn't matter, really, and perhaps it would be for the best. They'd never be able to meet up again, after all, once returned home.
Pushing those thoughts from her mind, the young heiress sighed. ]
Do you WANT to go home? Or are you finding life here better?
[ Action]
[Soma paused, looking down at his neglected drink in his hands.]
I mean... I do want to see Mina... again.
[He flinched internally. Why did that sound so lame in his ears?]
[ Action]
[ Integra herself wasn't even sure if she wanted to go back. She knew she had to; lives were at stake and she was needed... there was little choice in the matter. ]
[ Action]
[...welp, that killed his good mood. He flicked his gaze up to the TV, watching in silence.]
[ Action]
[ Sarcasm: something she'd become very good with over the years. Sighing, she merely turned her gaze to the television as well. ]
We'll probably all be stuck in this bloody place for eternity, anywyas.
[ Action]
[...and that time he sounded much more enthusiastic. He let out a sigh, pressing a hand to his forehead. What. Even.]
[ Action]
[ Integra glanced back at him out of the corner of her eye, before nonchalantly reaching into the popcorn bowl and taking a few kernels out. ]
But isn't that what we are doing already?
[ Action]
[ Action]
Are you even paying attention to the movie~?
[ Action]
Uh... not... really?
[ Action]
[ Sighing again, Integra rubbed at her eyes. ]
I don't feel like skipping back; did you want to go do something else, maybe? Or watch a different movie?
[ Action]
It's all right. Um... I think I'll just go to bed...
