I know how all of you feel. I feel it, too. But we can't let our anger rule us, not like this.

It isn't simply anger. It's a need to do something to prevent this from happening again.

The peaceful approach, no matter how desirable, is not always effective.

If you would like to continue your attempts at stopping any of this by whatever it is you are doing, then continue. However, that will change nothing quickly, and this will at least make it impossible for these events to continue in the immediate future, if ever.

I have. Well intentioned though your approach surely is, and though it might work in your world, there are times when you must fight. This is not a plan of revenge, it is an elimination of a current threat, so that no one else is killed in the time it takes to do things in a legal manner.
