[Kurt is usually pretty composed when he posts on the network, but not this time. He looks frantic, exhausted and frankly ill. His head is in his hands, his fingers gripping his usually impeccably-styled hair as he speaks without looking at the camera.]

All of you, please.

Please don't do this. I'm begging you. There has to be something else, there--there just has to be.

[In case it isn't clear what he's talking about... :c]

If the legal system is a good option, why have more people been dragged away to be hunted like animals?

[It's snapped, and he takes a breath; his tone is much more civil when he resumes speaking - apologetic, even.]

I'm sorry. You must be just as frustrated as everyone else, probably even more. That was inappropriate. Do you have any ideas on how we could rescue them covertly?

They still won't even agree to talk about what happened in the news. How long do you think it's going to take to change the laws? They've already proven they don't need to be provoked to start killing Newcomers. Whether or not we fight back with force, we're still going to be targeted.

I know that. You brought up rescuing them covertly, I was wondering if you have a plan. Even if we might think differently, the last thing we need is to stop ourselves from cooperating because of that. I'm not saying going after them is a good idea. Nobody can tell how severe the repercussions will be if they go through with this, or whether it'll be worth it in the end, but if it doesn't seem like there's another method that's working quickly, of course people are going to be tempted to take matters into their own hands. I'm not saying that's either right or wrong, but it is true.

They aren't prejudiced against themselves, of course it matters to them when they're suffering. It's us they could care less about.

I would think they would have put up some kind of traps or barriers to stop that from happening if they had any foresight. I obviously can't be sure, but why else would they need to go in through the gates? I guess you'd know more about the grounds themselves than I would, of course. I think that would be worth suggesting to the people who are planning to go.

I'm guessing that's your power.

Then maybe you should focus on continuing to fix things your own way and prepare for whatever is going to come as a result of this.

I don't think it's wrong to try to tell them to be cautious, but if they won't listen, there might not be much you can do. The more we disagree, the more divided we'll be in the end, and that doesn't help anyone.

For what it's worth, I don't think rushing like this is a good idea, either, even if I do agree we need to take more action than the government will.

Sometimes a slow solution can seem the same as no solution, even if it's not really that way. What might be wiser isn't always as satisfying, I guess.
