Video: Fifth Trick

[The video kicks on and Loki is sitting cross legged on a roof, view of buildings in the background behind him, the NV is propped up so the view is at an angle. The hood of his zip front sweatshirt pulled over his face, casting a shadow. Green eyes fairly glow from under the shade of that hood. He's smiling and it's just a bit sharp, a bit smug as he carefully plucks up and eats a blue M&M from a bowl of entirely blue M&M's, a can of Redbull held loosely in his right hand.]

Blizzard.

Rather inconvenient. [The smile grows more sly.] For some people, anyway.

For others, well, perhaps it is better that some of us are on the straight and narrow. [A grinning pause] Mostly.

[He pops another blue M&M into his mouth, chewing silently while he considers]

Boring, boring, boring. The walls are closing in. You know what happens then? Some real fun. Not yet, but soon. You'll know when it starts.

Why not a prank?

Will we judge by size, expanse or some other creative criterion?

Creativity, of course! You can't do it by size, anyone can do a massive prank. It's the creativity of it that matters. We ought to have an impartial judge, that's only right.

Completely impartial.

Which means none of your friends.

I know the definition of impartial thanks. Do we take out an advert for it?

Advert?

I am not sure what that is.

Advert. In the newsfeed. You know, we'd put something in asking if there was anyone that considered themselves particularly impartial, and go from there.

Why not have the entire city be judge?

[atrumcanis]

And just how d'you propose that? Live broadcasts of the aftermath?

I had not thought that far.

[atrumcanis]

I didn't think that you had. Listen, it's probably something best kept between us.

Possibly others, but I forget.

Why is it best kept between us?

[atrumcanis]

Well, if you've already advertised it around all of bloody Canada, I s'ppose it doesn't matter either way. But we'll have to work out a way to have it properly judged. And we'll have to work out our definitions of pranks in general, I think--for instance, are they meant to be amusing, or destructive? Or some delightful mixture of the two?

Nothing that maims or kills, I've a code to keep to.

But destructive, irritating, etc, perfectly feasible.
