[Rachel manages to startle herself while poking around at the appliances in her small, starter apartment. With her NV in one hand as she does, it comes as no surprise that she turns it on as she backs away from an exploding toaster.

Obviously, she shouldn't be allowed near a kitchen. It's probably a good thing she doesn't need to eat. There's a moment of her just looking at the counter top -- then at the NV and her head tilts a bit to the side.

It probably shouldn't be on.] Oh. [She fumbles with it, trying to turn off the feed and finally, fed up, tries to turn it off via angel mojo. She only succeeds in blowing up a lightbulb. She looks very put-upon, very frustrated, hiding a thread of fear underneath it. She is not ready to let other know she's here. That choice has been taken from her, because of her own carelessness.

Castiel-- [It's snapped and she just manages to cut herself off before she finishes the sentence: Castiel murdered me. It's not Dean's business. When she speaks again, it's stiffly and hard-edged.]

No. I fought with him to stop Raphael. [She's quieter now, though her voice hasn't lost that hard edge.]

[Dean remembers him saying something about getting out and getting his revenge and now he's not so sure he wants to know the specifics.]

[Yeeeaahh she's a little more technologically inclined than any of you feather-brains. Except maybe Gabriel.]

Actually, I am. Why would Cas- [Sure, he'd almost handed her over to Heaven- would have, if she hadn't ended up here. But Castiel hadn't been able to defeat even Uriel- someone who'd been beneath him at one time. For him to murder Rachel? One of his friends? Had there even been bad blood between them at all?]

[Rachel doesn't answer right away. It's a very long story and even she has to admit some culpability. Her anger drains to weariness; all she'd like to do is simply back away from all of it for now.]

After the Apocalypse was thwarted, he and I had a disagreement over how we should proceed. We fought. I lost. [A pause; that was a non-explanation.] He had been dealing with Crowley over dangerous power. I could not let it go.

He wished to open Purgatory. [She spread her hands in a helpless gesture; sorry about the feed being skewed a bit as she does.] Raphael was trying to restart the Apocalypse. Neither Castiel or I wanted that. Many of us didn't.

[A pause and she shakes her head.] Opening Purgatory would only make things worse. He wouldn't listen to me. I didn't know what else I could do.

[Again... sorry, Castiel. What are secrets?]

I don't know. [She repeats it, defeated and weary.] I honestly do not know.

[Pause. When she speaks, it's almost as if she's looking for direction. Free will is difficult, sister. Very difficult.] I did attack him. If I killed him, maybe it would save the rest of us. If he killed me, perhaps it would shake him from his path. But I... [...died. And for what? To come back grief-stricken and weary? That doesn't seem right.]

[She really, really doesn't like the way poor Rachel is so obviously looking for some sort of guidance. Anna's not a leader anymore, nor does she want to be. She'd gone through that with Castiel already, she didn't fancy doing it over, now.

But ... she isn't going to begrudge her sister, either. Not when she's just as confused and ...]

I don't know. If Cas is stupid enough to think he can pull something like that, then he maybe he should be stopped. [Killed. Anna doesn't like the thought of it, even if she already has recent brethren blood on her hands.]
