[When Frau's voice flickers on it's filled with rage, pure and simple.  Mixed into that is a hidden sadness that nearly chokes him.  In the background is the sound of a pitiful little whining from Mimsy.]

God dammit, brat!  You swore to me that you would take care of yourself! 

[There's a growl from Frau and a pause, where Mimsy's whimpering is more obvious.]

Don't you see what you did to her?  Huh?

[And to him, but he would never say that.  He can deal with loss.  He's dealt with it before and he'll deal with it again.  It's no big deal to him.  Which is total bullshit, but he'll stand by that anyway.]

And YOU! 

[It's not overly apparent that Frau's no longer talking about Kevin, but he's not.]

[His voice flickers a bit on Kevin's name, but he pushes through.]

[as soon as he clicks off, the TARDIS makes her way to the warehouse, taking inventory just to be sure they have most of what they need while she waits for Frau to arrive. the prospect of building something has her in good spirits and she's humming tunelessly to herself as she goes about her rounds]

A kid I look after is dead.

[ Silent for a moment - she had just hours previous gotten a message from someone - now dead - letting her know that her best friend had been killed. And now this. ]

... Frau I... I am so sorry. That's terrible.

How... did it happen?

It's fine. I've dealt with it before.

[And he has, a lot. Death isn't something new to Frau. He knows it intimately, so he'll just brush off everyone's concern and laugh that they think he needs it.]

You know as much as I do. The only things I know are what was reported in the news.
