I've been trying to figure it out, but so far I just keep getting zapped.

Considering one of them happens to be yours truly, I would say not! That is not minding, I have other things on my plate as well, of course. Though the best result would be whatever lovely lady you've asked for assistance being able to fix it up for you right away.
