[It's later in the afternoon. She's tired from school, but something has been bugging her for the past week. Something strange and scary, but she needs to approach the problem head on.

She needs to be brave and do this, in case others are hurting. She only wishes she could trust herself to go on video or that her voice would be level enough to make an audio feed instead of just text.]

Very recently, a friend of mine came to me with a problem. He couldn't remember certain things. They weren't vital, but it was distressing. They were memories that shouldn't have been forgotten.

I think there's been someone going around with the ability to changes memories. I don't know if there are any other cases, but there could be.

This might be strange, but I have the ability to manipulate memories myself. I changed it back for my friend, so he remembers the correct things now. But I'm worried there are others effected or in the same condition he was in.

No. I've tried, and it's impossible.

That's what I was thinking too. That either the Core, someone with a power or some other trick was going on.

When you say you can fix it? What exactly do you do?

...Ah, basically, I change things. I can remove false memories if they're present but they wouldn't be able to remember them, and I can reinsert the true ones.

It may not work with everyone though.

It might be different than how this person does it, but... your memory is like a chain, and individual memories are like the links that connect them. You don't forget the memories that erased and replaced; there still there. But it's like changing the links in a chain.

...I-it might not work for everyone though. But I can still try.
