[The video opens with Loki sitting at a kitchen table, covered in empty egg cartons, Cadbury wrappers and Red Bull cans]

Had someone introduced my prior incarnation to these delicious creations, I might never have attempted to take over or otherwise destroy Midgard.

[A small groan as he sits up straighter] And thus I have decided to share the deliciousness with everyone.

[A pause and he spells out] P. S. they'll not change back. [Then grins and the feed cuts.]

I magicked the Cadbury eggs. And those were very delicious. [Probably also don't count by why split hairs?]

That ain't cooked food. And don't pout, I ain't sayin' you ain't clever. You are. Just that food is an art.

How is it an art? [Genuinely curious, because he can kinda see it.]

Well, uh, you can do stuff with it. Be creative. It ain't just followin' recipes, it's about what you think'll taste good and work good together.

Ah. So one can experiment with flavors? I had not considered that.

Course. You ever had really spicy food before?

Do the Hot Cheetos count? They were quite messy.

Ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, all wrapped up inna tortilla. 'S real good, kid, you'll love it.

Ground beef? I am not sure whether that sounds appetizing or not...

Don't knock it til you try it, kid, it's goddamn delicious. You ever had any spice before?

Some. The warriors of Asgard need little in the way of spice to keep their interest in food, so it was kept to a minimum. Though- Jack, why would one grind their beef?

Makes it taste good. Same reason somebody might cut their chicken-- it's just a way to prepare the meat.

Chickens are far too small. Hogs. Or cows. And they were typically not cut, appendages were merely ripped off and devoured.

That's disgustin'. And you got the body o' a titchy fourteen year old, so no, a chicken ain't too small.

I'm not titchy.

Besides, I meant for the Aesir back home. I've always been more mannered than them.

You're titchy. If I used to be titchy, you're titchy.

And good for you. Manners impress people, and once they's impressed, they're easy.

Maybe here. But, all is well because I am here and not there. For now.
