I need any information on magic pertaining to souls, unleashing or releasing them. Any information would be helpful. 

This is not the first time Angelus has been released. The first time it was released by ancient Asian magic. It took a powerful witch to get it back. And in the meantime, he went on a rampage.

I don't care if he's on some bounty. This isn't who he is, and I'm sure it's to be said for the other vampire. I'm not the most skilled in magic, but I think I could do this. I simply don't have the right resources.

If any need information on protecting yourself, holy water and crosses will fend him off, but I advice staying in your house or apartment.

They'll carry on just fine once the 'animals' are caged or exterminated.

Except one of them is my pet, and the other really just wants to be human so he has a whole line of people there to protect him.

The best thing you can do is stay as far away from them as you can.

If you're concerned about me going near your pet you might want to invest in a better leash.

[He's completely unfazed by it. Threats and dangers to his life have been as common as raindrops in a thunderstorm to him for quite the portion of his young life, and he never backed down before. Why start now?]

Contain him properly and I won't have to touch him.

[She switches the feed on so Lucifer's can see just how close to dropping dead she looks. There's a long, long pause and she's really trying to reign herself in.]

Chuck seems to think you did this. I would really like to think this is just Chuck's aversion to you and instantaneous 'blame Lucifer' spiel. In which case I'd tell him to shut up and that would spiral into a fight. I'd do that because I don't think you're a horrible person. I think you were screwed.

But I saw. I saw what you said to him.

[She slumps in the chair, so disappointed.]

I know I'm just a human and my life is trivial and nonexistent to you, but I care. I care about you and Angel and even that other vampire.

[He rubbed a hand over his face and sighed. He had left the feed public for a reason: he wasn't going to lie or hide what he had done.]

Godric is a good...whatever you want to call it. So is 'Angel'. I didn't do this just to wreak havoc and walk away.

[She can't help the utter disappointment.]

Lucifer. [Not mad, just hurt.] You can't just toy around with people or their souls. Angelus is killing and doing god knows what else.

He already nearly killed Griffin trying to get to me. He wants me. He almost got me back home.

I know he did. That wasn't something I planned on happening, Fred. I do like you--and I won't let him hurt you.

I'm not going to stop. I'm not going to give up on Angel.

I'm not asking you to. I'm asking you to stay alive.

I will. I'm not planning on dying. I'm not going after him. I'm trying to find his soul and get it back to him. No matter what you're planning. It's wrong, Lucifer. People are dying, and he's going to blame himself after.
