I need any information on magic pertaining to souls, unleashing or releasing them. Any information would be helpful.

This is not the first time Angelus has been released. The first time it was released by ancient Asian magic. It took a powerful witch to get it back. And in the meantime, he went on a rampage.

I don't care if he's on some bounty. This isn't who he is, and I'm sure it's to be said for the other vampire. I'm not the most skilled in magic, but I think I could do this. I simply don't have the right resources.

If any need information on protecting yourself, holy water and crosses will fend him off, but I advice staying in your house or apartment.

[Vampires? Hell yeah the Doctor is paying attention. He's had a bit of a run-in with vampires back in his own universe. Not to mention, Vampires and Time Lords were very close cousins back home]

Vampire, then? Mind sharing what other stipulations your vampires have? There's at least a thousand different myths and origins to vampires I can think of, and each tend to have a different set of weaknesses.

I may not be able to help with the magic part of things, but if you ever need help building any sort of restraining device to ensure he doesn't get killed by some less sympathetic and more violence prone individual, my line is open.

I don't think violence is the solution. I was a physicist back home. Anything will help.

Consecrated ground? Bit of a stretch to find that here, hm? But I know a thing or two about vampires and faith being a weakness.

Not often you meet young people of the same mindset, good on you! Mind giving me some hints on his strength level? If I'm going to fashion something for you, its something I need to know. Don't want him breaking out until the situation's under control.

Most religious artifacts work.

I'm not saying I haven't done my own share of violence, but it was a strategy or when I was pushed to my limit. This is different.

His force is pretty great. I've seen him rip through walls like they were paper.

Unfortunately, with how this world works sometimes, a little violence is necessary to save your life. [Or the universe.]

I'll try and find something with the tensile strength to hold him. If not, I might be able to invent something for the occasion.
