I'm just trying to say - this is really too much so - oh! [ Aaand the bundle of baskets in her arms abruptly topple over when she loses her grip, tumbling onto the floor, papers scattering everywhere. Those representatives? Totally off to harass another newcomer. Help her? That's silly. ]

You know, miss, it's not really worth blackmailing Ella over if she just made a public announcement over her NV. Miss Hattie will find out that she's here soon enough without your help so it would be pointless for Ella to pay you to stay quiet.

[He ought not be looking for debt collectors after her. It's more likely the police, thanks to her sticky-fingers. Eponine won't tell that, though.]

[She can't work for AGI now either - they'll be after her for betraying company secrets and breaking into their inner offices. She sounds reluctant anyway. She hates being a maid. She wants to be a lady.]

AGI owns a little bit of shares in the Uzushio, but I own it.

They don't have any control over who gets hired, though. Or fired. They get their share of the profits and that's all.
