It has been many years since I was last at any sort of ball. I remember my father allowed me to come to one when I was very young.

I'm uncertain if your idea of costumes is the same as mine, but I look forward to this new ball all the same.

I have no real worries, I was just uncertain about what people wear as costumes.

Well, fashions differ, of course, but I think for an event such as this one there's more flexibility.

I have not decided. The customs here are different than my home.

Does it matter, though? Deadpool says it is Halloween - it is a chance to wear whatever you want and nobody can object. He wants me to dress as a French maid, but I think My Lady will be unhappy if I do that. Perhaps your boss can object to what you wear.

I don't think dances change that much just the music. What constitutes a costume does change from what I've seen.
