Well, the main issue here is that I would like to break off from SERO to protect the privacy of my employees. The problem now is, I have to admit that SERO had given us so much as a start-up. So I need to know what I must to do break part from them without any dispute.

When you signed on with SERO did you at any point sign a disclosure which would allow them access to your company records, including their personal details? If there's nothing in your contract that gives them access to that information then they shouldn't have a leg to stand on, and it is within your rights to keep that information confidential.

If SERO made no overtures to you about demanding information of this nature when you affiliated with them then you and your company are under no obligation to give it to them now that you are parting ways.

What did they offer you as a start up, and are you in a position to return their investment if it comes to that?

Hm. Well, fortunately, I don't believe there was anything in my contract that stated that. And besides that, the mandate for required affiliation from the employees of subsidiary companies only came after the SERO murder.

I guess at least I'm certain that they won't want to invade the privacy of my employees now that we are parting ways.

Since my business was in developing robotics, their offer was simply for funding and for a place to stay within their sector. I am rather certain that they will want to take it back, as well as the equipment that we've used for product development.
