[A slight sigh and shake of his head.] I suppose while I have your attention, in the nature of these obnoxious vampire-related messages, I wish to point out that I am not dressing up for Halloween early - I in fact am unfamiliar with the holiday, though I do love a masquerade - nor am I readying Santa's shop, whomever that may be.

[Zevran will not - perhaps cannot admit what a difficult experience being changed like that was, and what a relief it is to be back. To do so might hint at vulnerability he is not yet ready to show.

Fenris, in a lot of ways, is admirable in the way he wears his tattoos - his scar tissues - out there in the open, and refuses to change and adapt.

He is not the only one with many complicated things to hold back.]

It might be fun to play a game of compare and contrast.

I think in that case it can definitely be a game that two can win.
