[The first thing you hear is a rush of labored breath. Whoever's posting clearly is having some- issues.]
Hi. [Issues indeed. She sounds shaky.] Uh- I wouldn't do this as a post, but the nurses are only giving me about ninety seconds before I go into surgery. I just- have some thoughts.
Uh.
A lot of people are getting attacked by this weird Darkness monster- it's. [Loud breath.] A regular monster, no wings or ooze, but it's incredibly strong. It's durable, it's- not normal.
There's something wrong about it. I don't know what, but-
-a list of people attacked. We need to organize. There has to be a pattern.
I can talk about this later. In the mean time, any stories anybody has about this monster, I'd appreciate it.
[There is already a post and a list being made, but Mary is word vomiting a little here. She had to beg the nurses for a second to contact her family, and wound up braindumping about the monster out of her demented sense of obligation to the entire world all at once. Oops.
Also, all replies will come IC-ly several hours later.]

action; hours later
She'd be a lot more pissed if she wasn't so exhausted. Being angry for hours was hard word, and when they finally said she could go in, she was too tired to do anything more than just go.]
Mary... [she walks over to the side of her bed, looking her over as if she could tell what happened just from the after-surgery look.] How are you- you're okay, right?

[She shifts slightly- as much as she can without something or other hurting.]
Raphael took care of the worst of it.
[A little irritated. Michael would have taken care of her at least enough to keep her out of the OR. Normally she'd bury the ungrateful thought, but it's a little harder to keep it submerged right now.]

Worst of it? What about all of it?
[She's joining in on the irritated. The little conversation she had outside with the angel didn't exactly win her over.]

[She reaches for the button on her morphine and clicks it again.]
If you think he's bad, you should meet Michael. He would've kept me out of the OR.

Michael? [come on, Jo. Angels. Not that hard to assume Michael's around too.] Is he here? Why didn't he?
