I was to meet him a couple of days ago but he wasn't there... I can't contact his NV, either.

HER IMPERIOUS CONDESCENSION HAD THE RAREST NATURAL BLOOD COLOR, THE HIGHEST AND PUREST OF ALL AND THUS WAS IN CONTROL FOR MILLIONS OF YEARS OF OUR RACE.
THE HIGHER THE BLOOD, THE LONGER THE LIFESPAN IN CASE YOU DIDN'T CATCH THAT.

SHE HAD THE SAME BLOOD COLOR AND THUS WAS THE HEIRESS APPARENT, MAKING IT HER JOB TO STAY ALIVE LONG ENOUGH TO KILL THE CURRENT EMPRESS WHILE AVOIDING ASSASSINATION ATTEMPTS THE EMPRESS SENT AFTER HER.
