 Don't forget to get your damn flu-vaccinations. 

[At least he's attached a file detailing out the location of clinics and their 'business' hours.

He doesn't look forward to volunteering, but it's better than spending all winter wiping your noses because you all neglected preparing for flu-season.]

That's the thing about influenza, it has a myriad of different symptoms. Though the most common are coughing, sneezing, congestion and fever.

Your best bet is to avoid anyone that even sounds like they're getting sick.
