There's no one that I am familiar with, but there have been recent city-wide changes made by certain individuals who are very powerful. Perhaps they might know someone who has that kind of power.

One thing I know for certain: this creature does not respond at all to physical attacks. Many creatures and dragons died from my fangs and claws, yet this creature doesn't seem to be hurt at all. Only magic creates damage to the beast. I never seen anything so filled with magical power like that before.

This thing has certaintly came forth by someone powerful, whether it is deliberate or not. If this is the same creature that killed that man and not a mundane beast of the Darkness, then it is further evidence that this is deliberate attack.

My attack and the SERO's affiliate occurred at night. Other attacks were noted, according the news cycle.

There was a post about a week ago about the angel Castiel. I don't know him, but there's that. But he's alive and well.
