I have a confession to make.

This gender swap wasn't the Core, or some prankster looking for kicks. It was me. I didn't mean to, but I was experimenting with a shape-shifting spell that I thought had failed, but didn't- it turned out it affected a lot more people than I meant it to.

[She takes a calm breath and looks at her hands for a moment, then back at the camera.]

I want to apologize to everyone affected, especially everyone who thinks it's more traumatizing than fun. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and it won't again. I know exactly where I went wrong to make this happen.

I have tried everything I know how to reverse this. A simple reversal spell, different wording, different spell combinations, I even tried using more than one witch to double the power behind it- and nothing has worked.

[She points at the camera with her folded hands.]

Which is where you come in. I think the longer this spell is in effect, the stronger the magic needed to reverse it. There are all kinds of powers in this city- people with abilities and kinds of magic I've never even seen.

I think if a few of us work together, pool our resources and ideas, we can fix this.

I think I only need two people to help me cast the spell, since three is a powerful number. The stronger you are, the better our chances of making this happen.

If anyone has anything that might help with a ritual, I'd appreciate it. I want to go more outside the box than I have so far.

[Prue takes a deep breath and stops her rambling.]

Well, what is it? You use power, right, and you can cast spells and do rituals. In my world, that counts.

It is an innate power and ability; something natural for us. It is no more 'magic' than sight is for a human.

But if it qualifies, then it matters little what it's called.

Actually, that's how witchcraft works in my world, too. Our active powers might be things we have to use on purpose, but the ability to cast spells is innate in witches and other magical creatures. So- yeah, definitely counts.

Actually, it might more than just count. I've seen people accidentally create weird magical vortexes out of conflicting kinds of power, so I'm keeping a really close eye on how this all works. And having an angel and a demon from the same world with roughly the same strength is the kind of balance in powerful forces you don't come across every day. I'm kind of hesitant about working with practitioners I don't understand in case having them cast their power over the whole city does something weird, but you guys- I don't know you personally, but if you're anything like what I think you are in terms of kinds of power, then this might actually reduce the risks.

Does that... make sense? I'm still a few years new at this, and I'm relatively new to the island, so this kind of high-concept mixing powers is really weird for me.

It makes sense. Symmetry in supernatural endeavours is not only beneficial, but often required for particularly powerful spells.

Of course, the Core actively disrupts a great deal, so even the best planning is often only speculation at more.

It's speculation, but at least we can try to be prepared.
