[Someone has gone through several cups of herbal tea this morning before feeling assured that he's calm enough to come to the network. If he didn't have classes to teach today, he'd spend the entire day doing a thorough physical on himself. (Get your minds out of any gutters they've fallen into.)

As it is, after the initial incredulity, shock, horror, and rising fury passed, he's thrown on a button down shirt, shoved his hair out of his face, and settled down in front of the video camera.]

My apologies, I've meant no offense. It is merely that dragons live far longer and have more magical might than the humans or the elves or the other races of my world, and we were the first people to exist after the gods created the world. Perhaps that is a poor phrase, now I think of it.

I suppose I am. But the title is meaningless, as I have died back home, and hopefully my sons and the other wyrmlings have taken the positions. [ Even though he has no way of knowing if the wyrmlings survived Deathfyre's massacre. ]

But yes, I am affected by this change. I have knowledge of the magic of Creation and I was able to deduce that this appears to be magical in nature. But as to who or what is responsible for this, I cannot say.

Weird, right? Or is it? Does changing shape regularly make this a little less weird? [It doesn't for him, but his shape changing is... idiosyncratic.]

Less so, but the changes are still there in my original form.

Not that you yourself would be able to notice. Female and male dragons don't have the drastic differences other races' tend to have.
