[ Hello Network, today you're greeted by a bespectacled teen in summer clothes who looks pretty unfazed about finding himself in Siren's port. There's a sniper rifle casually slung over his shoulder and he's obviously moving, but his hand is steady enough that it doesn't turn the feed shaky at all.]

Hello everyone, I'm Yukio Okumura and I've been here before— which was a year ago, I believe. I remember everything about this place and I was told then that the Core likes to send people back home and then bring them back here again, but well. It was a difficult concept to grasp then. Not anymore now, I suppose. Does it happen often? And to those it happened to as well, did you remember Siren's Port when you returned home? That's all I wanted to ask.

[ He pauses, about to cut to feed, before he remembers and adds: ]

Oh, and just like before, I offer my services as an exorcist and my medical knowledge to anyone who needs it.

This is all based on the idea time works the same here. It might not. I haven't messed with it yet.

Bad choice of words. I mean I haven't tried to time travel or anything like that.

Is that your power? That's very impressive.

Basically yeah, but it's just time traveling. I can't see the future or anything like that unless I visit it in person.

Still, isn't that something a lot of people wish they could do? It's quite something.

I guess it is. [His expression hasn't really changed but he taps the paper.] When you go forward, it's always for a reason. Even if you don't know what that reason is. The tricky part is balancing the loop that results. So long as you don't think about it, you're usually on the right track.

[ His face reflects his curiosity, but also how clueless he is about time travel. ]

Sounds difficult. I imagine going back also comes with plenty of difficulties.

Yeah but so long as you follow what was already laid out, usually goes ok. [Give or take seeing your own corpse a lot. He mentions none of that tidbit.]

Then, what if you wanted to change something in the past?

Same deal. Time travel creates after images, or time clones. You'd see yourself altering something if it was to be altered. Which is where the whole loop thing comes into it.

I see. How complicated.

You don't know the half of it. Any way, that's my thoughts on what we're dealing with.

It's also possible this is some space or even mind related thing. Neither are my thing so I couldn't begin to tell you.

Considering this place, it's likely there are people who do have experience with those things and perhaps they're willing to share their thoughts as well. I do believe the Core is at the heart of whatever this is, though investigating that will be difficult.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the Core is at the center of this. The question is what is powering it and how is it doing it. You know?

Exactly, if only we could look at it...

I heard the library here is quite extensive, perhaps a picture of that can be found there.

Only way to know for sure is to go get a look.
