[ Someone, presumably a greeter, can be heard in the background trying to explain to her what's happening. Shortly after, their protests, and the swish of a blade through the air. ] Get away!

[ There's a clatter, very loud, as she's restrained and the crystal falls to the ground. The feed fizzles out. ]

You are in the city of Siren's Port. The Core tends to take people from their own worlds at random. No one has managed to find out why or how it does it. I will do my best to answer your questions, though.

How do I leave?

I have no idea. Anyone who ever figured out how to do so never bothered to leave that information behind for everyone else.

I have to go! There are things I need to do! My family needs me.

When the Core sends people back home, I've been told they are sent back to the exact moment they were taken from. I understand how you feel - I was protecting a friend of mine from someone very dangerous when I arrived here.

I don't care! I need to be there now!

The only way you can go home is if the Core sends you there. There is no known way to make it.

[She pauses.]

Were you told about the Darkness monsters?

[wolfgirl]

Monsters? [ She doesn't like the sound of that. ] No. What are they?

Violent spirits without reason that come out after dark and attack any living thing that moves. They are quite dangerous.

[wolfgirl]

I'm the daughter of Moro! I am not afraid! I'll kill them!

No matter how strong or brave you are, they are still dangerous and the smaller ones attack in swarms. I recommend finding a safe Darkness proofed place to stay in at night. Most Newcomers are given a place to stay free of charge for one month.

Where are your forests? Do the monsters go there?

The main forests on this island are in sector 7 - the area that I live in. Monsters do go there after dark, but you should be fine in the forest during the day.

[ She huffs indignantly. ] Then I will show them I do not fear them.

Please make sure you have a Darkness proofed shelter to go to for eating and resting at night. Not being afraid is one thing. Being swarmed for the entire night is another. I live in sector seven. You can visit my home if need be.
