[ Katniss has a warmer look on her face than she usually does when she speaks to people over the network. While the smile on her lips isn't large by anyone's standards, it's sweet and genuine. Her hair isn't in her usual braid, though her fingers are currently combing through it and working to do so. It gives her hands something to keep them busy while she talks. ]

I realized I should probably start looking for someone who can sew soon. Since my stylist isn't here with Peeta and Rue and I.

[ There's a sad look on her face for just the tiniest glimmer of a moment. She misses Cinna. She's almost certain he's dead. But she still misses him, and his beautiful dresses. ]

I need someone who can design a wedding dress for me. It doesn't have to be anything flashy or over-the-top. Just something simple. I can pay in money, or trade for game.

[ No one has prompted her to do this. But she knows they have a wedding to plan and an engagement to upkeep, so she figures now is as good a time as any. ]

I know of a young lady who needs design work, and I myself hath many talents in fine lace embroidery.

I think my dress is covered, and I don't need anything as fancy as lace. [ But. She thinks for a moment. Rue's dress. It has to be beautiful, maybe even moreso than her own. A smile plays at her lips. ] But our flower girl will need one.

That's her. [ Um. ] I can't say I have. But I don't really have a reason to talk to seamstresses much.

La, 'tis the sole advantage I hath as a noblemwoman in this world - the possession of skill'd stitchery hath been drummed into my brain at an early age.

Hast thou some specific color ye wish her to wear? What color art the flowers she shall bear?

Something light. Maybe lavender. Like hyacinth. [ She smiles. ] I'm going to let her pick what flowers she wants, so I'm not sure what color they'll be.

[Sheila's smile grows fond at the idea of such loveliness.]

Snow and I shouldst be most willing to accommodate such a wish for ye both.
