[Prue looks less than stellar- eyes slightly rimmed with red, makeup just barely smudged enough to indicate that she was probably crying a while ago, or came close recently. She's frustrated and has a small smear of ash on one cheek.]

Does anyone have any experience with their magic or- or powers from home not working right here?

I can't make any spell work. I've tried everything I can, and almost nothing I've done since I came here has done anything but almost destroy my ceiling.

[She makes an almost painfully frustrated noise in her throat, teeth on edge and eyes watering angrily.]

Uh no. You see your pool capacity is how much magic there is within you, not how much you can utilize at one point. Your bucket capacity is how much magical power you can draw upon. People can have a great deal of natural energy, but be unable to utilize it magically.

My other powers still work- and those are the ones that usually go first.

Well it would appear that which is more innate isn't being affected, that which calls upon the external is. Perhaps the forces you call upon in your world differ from those that exist here.
