Hi.

[Prue looks less than stellar- eyes slightly rimmed with red, makeup just barely smudged enough to indicate that she was probably crying a while ago, or came close recently. She's frustrated and has a small smear of ash on one cheek.]

Does anyone have any experience with their magic or- or powers from home not working right here?

I can't make any spell work. I've tried everything I can, and almost nothing I've done since I came here has done anything but almost destroy my ceiling.

[She makes an almost painfully frustrated noise in her throat, teeth on edge and eyes watering angrily.]

This is ridiculous, I'm stronger than this.

[Rather than try anything, she astral projects to wherever Willow is in a little purple glow, still looking stressed, makeup a little messed, and like she could be doing a lot better.]

[She blinks at the Prue Next to her.]

[She smiles.]

Well, we could try stretching your magical muscles a bit. Try and explore what's going on to block your power.

[She cracks her neck a little, still feeling out the kinks in this power.]

That sounds great. Just for the record, I'm only astral-

[Aaaand then fadeout, leaving Prue jolting back into her body in her living room.

Damn it, it doesn't last long enough when she's tired.]

[She looks down at her NV, then to the stack of spellbooks in the corner.]

There's things we can try, but we have to be cautious cause there are different magicks here.

[Prue only has one book- the centuries-old Book with a triquetra on the front. She doesn't pan the NV over, because she's still incredibly protective of it.]

Yeah, we don't want to accidentally create some kind of weird... energy thing.

[Willow moves over to her little stack of books, and picks them up. Two seconds later, she's appearing in the same room as Prue.]

Yes, I can make it over here.

[She spins around, only startled for a second before the green eyes take over.]

That is so cool. You have to teach me how to do that.

[In the kitchen (in Prue's line of sight), faucet taps start moving on their own.]

Can I get you something to drink?

I'll warn you now, I paid a price to be as powerful as I am. And it was a hefty hefty price.

[She smiles somewhat sorrowfully.]

But we're here to fix you, Not me. And No thanks, I'm good.

[She frowns, filing that info away for later. They are so not done with you, sugar.]

Fine. So you said you wanted to try a few things out?

Well, we have to explore the magical avenues. I'm not sure what could be causing a disruption to your magic and not mine.

[She looks somewhat concerned. But that is a slightly selfish concern.]

What kind of avenues?

Well, sometimes magical connection can be stifled by things. I'm going to try and work out if someone is doing this to you, or whether it's something else.

[She offers a smile.]

Is that okay? Do you have any ideas what could be causing it?

I don't know. I can make little spells work, but the big stuff just-
