Hi.

[Prue looks less than stellar- eyes slightly rimmed with red, makeup just barely smudged enough to indicate that she was probably crying a while ago, or came close recently. She's frustrated and has a small smear of ash on one cheek.]

Does anyone have any experience with their magic or- or powers from home not working right here?

I can't make any spell work. I've tried everything I can, and almost nothing I've done since I came here has done anything but almost destroy my ceiling.

[She makes an almost painfully frustrated noise in her throat, teeth on edge and eyes watering angrily.]

This is ridiculous, I'm stronger than this.

I've had spells backfire or fail, but not like this. It's the strongest I can possibly make it.

Do you live alone or with someone?

I'm alone.

[And she sounds it.]

Do you get your powers from something? Like, an item that lets you do magic? Or do they just come naturally?

voice;

[astralling]

They're a part of me. The only thing that it's tied to is my bond with my sisters.

But- even that- I can still use my other powers, so somehow my magic still works.

[motioned]

[She pauses for a moment.]

I know last year the Core acted up and changed a lot of people's powers. Maybe that's what's happening to you.

voice;

[astralling]

Yeah. Maybe.

Do you know what kind of "changes" it tends to cause?

voice;

[motioned]

That time when it messed with everyone's powers, it did different stuff to everyone. Like, one of my friends started to glow, but another friend had his taken away altogether. I know it does other stuff than that, though. I wasn't here for last Halloween, but I heard everyone who dressed up got turned into what their costume was.

I don't know if any of that really helps you, though.
