It is all that demon cat's fault.

It put Grell's soul into the orb on that necklace he wears.

I can sense it. Besides, whenever Grell removes his necklace - which I continuously tell him not to do - he ends up passing out. He only awakens when I put it back on him.

Because he refuses to believe his soul is trapped with in that orb. But I am positive it is.

[Eric sighs. He doesn't get along with Grell, and he finds raising Grell's ire amusing. But, he doesn't DISLIKE him. He sees him more like a member of his family, who annoys him terribly but for whom he still cares.]

I am not sure. As far as the Death God manual is concerned, once a soul is contracted, its fate is no longer in our hands.

It also does not help that I, apparently, am not able to see this demon cat.

What? We can see demons. What's special about this one?

I do not know. But occasionally Grell would start talking with it, and I could neither see nor sense one in the room.

Would Alan or I be able to see it? Or is it just you can't cant? This is odd.
